The sandy beach and the typical fish tavernas of Ambellas are just a short drive away while the charming town of Naoussa is also within easy reach.
Displaying a charismatic Cycladic design, the property lays amidst a suggestive garden composed of local vegetation mixed with olive and cypress trees. The terraces of The Seagull stretch through the garden, providing various sitting areas and two spaces furnished for outdoor dining, all bearing a good level of privacy and intimacy. Beside the recently built seafront infinity pool, an elegant plunge pool is located on the back patio, ideal for a dip at any time of the day while lounging on the comfortable sun beds and deck chairs.
The interior design is flattered by original design furniture and subtle colors that combine with the typical architecture in an airy minimal ambience. The Seagull is spread out among three separate units; the main house features the stylish living room, the spacious kitchen and - on the upper level - the en-suite master bedroom with access to a private terrace. The guesthouse hosts a second master bedroom and guest bedroom, both en-suite and with private terraces. The third unit is located on the back patio with two spacious en-suite guest bedrooms.
