Ambelas beach

Ambelas Beach is nestled between two capes, which creates a sheltered bay protected from strong winds and large waves, even when other parts of the island are windy. This tranquility makes the water crystal clear, safe for children, and great for swimming. The beach is small, with a total length of about 110 meters, and its shore is a mix of fine, golden sand. It doubles as a small harbor where local fishing boats moor, adding to its picturesque charm, though the water remains clean. The beach offers sunbeds and umbrellas in some areas, but ample free space is available for those who prefer to bring their own gear. The village is well known for its seafront taverns, such as Christina's, which is known for serving delicious fresh fish and authentic Parian cuisine. Ambelas is about 5 km from Naoussa and is a great alternative to the busy, cosmopolitan areas.
