The Captain's Lair is a private residence inaugurated in 2023, located on a 4,500 square meter plot, just 500 meters from Chora and 300 meters from Sifneikos Beach, easily reachable on foot.
The property features a private swimming pool measuring 14 x 5 meters, perfect for refreshing and relaxing. Guests have access to 5 bedrooms, including a master suite on the first floor, two in the main building on the ground floor, and two independent bedrooms in the adjacent building. Additionally, on the first floor, there is a panoramic terrace with views of Paros and Sifneiko Beach.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, fully connected using the KNX standard for centralized control through Apple Home or a tablet embedded in the living room wall. Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, on the panoramic terrace, and near the pool, thanks to a carefully planned and implemented wiring system. For music enthusiasts, the house is also equipped with a Sonos audio system in all rooms, on the panoramic terrace, and near the pool. A BBQ is located on the panoramic terrace, ideal for outdoor dining with breathtaking views. Furthermore, there is a recreational area for relaxation and enjoyment with games such as petanque and badminton.
